Wolf follows in the footsteps of Paleolithic Diet founder Professor Loren Cordain and focuses on the practical implementation of Paleo nutritional concepts to support fat loss, build muscle, and improve athletic performance…This improves digestion and absorption and if you want to get big, does it not make sense to actually absorb your nutrients instead of shitting them out? Professor Loren Cordain is not the founder of the Paleolithic Diet. It was around long before he wrote his book. Through his books he is the that has popularized the diet, far more than Ray Audette’s much early Neanderthin ever did.
Plus Cordain put a few non-paleo things in his book to make it more politically correct. So you can’t use his book as the definitive definition of the diet.
