I have been eating paleo-style for a while but had no idea I would learn so much more from this book. I’m still working my way through it..having a hard time putting it down!
Robb, I am a huge fan of your book. I’m a crossfitter and have been eating paleo for a long time, but I love all the anthopology background that you give in the book. It gives me so much amunition when people critique the paleo diet.
I have to tell you though. With all due respect, I’m dissapointed at the ingredients in your frozen meals. Sugar and soybean oil were two of the many concerning ingredients I read in just the first meal I looked at. I didn’t look any further. What’s up with that? You have all this knowledge so why use those ingredients?
